NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Rubiland Ltd has applied for a premises licence to London Borough of Barnet Council in relation to Rubiland, Unit 4, Bittacy Business Centre, Mill Hill Street, London, NW7 1BA to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:
Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 00:00hrs – 24:00hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected at 8th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue, Colindale, London, NW9 4EW.
Appointments to inspect the register can be made by telephoning 020 8359 7443 during office hours.
Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the London Borough of Barnet, Licensing Team at the address above. Such written representation must be received by 13/10/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
