APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Victoria Coulthard has submitted an application to Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Festival Event Centre, Unit 23, Festival Park, Ebbw Vale, NP23 8FP.

The proposed licensable activity/ies to be provided at the premises is/are: Live Music, Recorded Music, Supply of Alcohol The application may be viewed between the hours of 9.00a.m and 5.00p.m on Monday to Friday at the Licensing Offices, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council, General Office, Ebbw Vale, NP23 6DN Tel: 01495 369700 www.blaenau-gwent.gov.uk

Representations in respect of the application can be submitted, in writing, or by email to licensing@blaenaugwent.gov.uk by 19th October 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a fine of any amount.
