Notice OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Beaconstead Limited t/a McDonald’s has applied to Brentwood Borough Council on 18th September 2026 for the variation of the premises licence for McDonald’s, 99 High Street, Brentwood, CM14 4RR.
The Variation is to extend the opening hours Mondays to Sundays from 00:00 until 06:00 (via McDelivery only) and the licensable hours for late night refreshment Mondays to Sundays from 00:00 until 05:00 (via McDelivery only).
The Licensing Register may be inspected at the:- Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood, Essex, CM15 8AY between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30am and 4.30pm Friday, excluding public holidays.

Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Other person must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 16TH OCTOBER 2026.
Note: It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
