NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Scope Wedge Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority of Barnet Borough Council for a new Premises Licence for Kosher Kingdom Edgware 217-219 Golders Green Road NW11 9BY to permit:- The off sales of alcohol on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday between 07:00 and 22:00, on Wednesday and Thursday from 07:00 until 23:59, on Friday from 07:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 16:00 to 23:59. Also, on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, Late Night Refreshment hot drink and hot food between 23:00 and 23:59.
A register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours at the Council offices, address below, or via the web site https://www.barnet.gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority London Borough of Barnet Licensing Team 8th Floor, 2 Bristol Avenue Colindale London NW9 4EW giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than 12th October 2026.
Representations must relate to the likely effect of the grant of the application on one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum punishment upon conviction is an unlimited fine.
