Proposed variation:
The variation hopes to alter the boundary to the licensed premises to include the lawned area adjacent to the outside seating area which is already part of the premises license.
CCTV will cover the new licensed area in line with requirements for the rest of the premises (Annex 2, point 1)
A new site plan will be submitted to include the new area (Annex 2, point 3)
A further amendment to Annex 2, point 13 is requested in order to add a second dispense bar inside a marquee that may sit on the newly licensed, lawned area in the future.
The licensing register may be inspected at Cardiff Council Licensing, Enterprise House, 127-129 Bute Street, Cardiff, CF10 5LE between 9.00 am and 4.00 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).
Any representations must be made in writing to the above address or via e-mail at licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by 20thOctober 2026.
