I Suk Ching Monica Yue of Wamimichi Noodle Bar, 83 Park Street, Luton LUI 3HG am applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence. If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place: The provision of late-night refreshment between the hours of 23:00- 23:30, Monday to Sunday on the premises only and the supply/sale of alcohol between the hours of 12:00-23:00, Monday to Sunday both on and off the premises. Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LUI 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours or you can view our online register http://www2.luton.gov.uWeLR/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on standard scale.
