APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
Notice is hereby given that an application for the variation of a premise License has been made by Wold View Country Park to West Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as Cafe In the Park which are situated at: Wold View Country Park, Pelham Road, Claxby, LN8 3YR.
The Proposed licensed activity to be carried out is as follows: License to serve Alcohol.
The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of: Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshalls Yard, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire DN21 2NA during normal office hours.
Any Representations by other persons or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in Writing to the Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council at the above address by 16th October 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5,000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
