APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in respect of KFC,
Holyhead Road, Birmingham, B21 0AP for the grant of a new premises
licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Opening Hours 09:30 to 05:00 Sunday - Saturday After 00:00 on any day
of the week the premises will operate a delivery/drive thru collection service
only. (No customer access into the restaurant after midnight).
Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 00:00 – Sunday through Saturday for
customers collecting or dining in (restaurant) 23:00 to 05:00 – Sunday
through Saturday for delivery/drive thru collection. (No customer access
into the restaurant after midnight).

using the details below. Representations, which must be about the impact
of the grant upon the licensing objectives, must be made in writing. These
can be sent by email to licensing_team@sandwell.gov.uk or addressed to:

and must be received by 19 October 2026. Applications may be inspected
at the offices of licensing section which are situated at General Licensing
Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE by prior
appointment during office hours Monday to Friday. Arrangements for
inspection can be made by emailing
licensing_team@sandwell.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary
conviction to an unlimited fine.
