Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Beach House (Mudeford) Limited has applied to Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Mudeford Beach Off Licence, Mudeford Beach, Bournemouth, BH6 4EN.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 21:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 21:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen’s Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or by email to licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk
Representations must be received no later than 16 October 2026.
The application record may be viewed between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday at the above address or online at www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
