What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that Pembrokeshire Vapes Limited applied to Pembrokeshire County Council on 24 September 2026 for the grant of a premises licence in respect of the premises at 9 Bridge Street, Haverfordwest, SA61 2AL.
The application is for the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises only, between 08:00 and 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday.
The application may be inspected during normal business hours at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest SA61 1TP by prior arrangement, or on the council's website at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/licensing.
Any representations must be made in writing to the Lead Licensing Officer at the address above, or by email to licensing@pembrokeshire.gov.uk, by 22 October 2026, clearly stating the grounds on which the representations
are made and their relevance to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
