LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Mills Hill Developments Limited has applied to Salford City Council in respect of El Gatito Unit B Orange Tower Media City Salford M50 2HF for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
For the sale of alcohol (on and off sales) from 10:00 until 00.00 every day.
For the provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 until 00.00 every day.
Opening hours to the public from 10:00 until 00.30 every day.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications Representations must be received no later than the end of 19th October 2026.
The application record and register may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
