NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Harjinder Kaur in respect of World of Drinks, 17 - 19 Alfreton Road, Canning Circus, Nottingham, NG7 3JE for a variation of premises licence.
The proposed application is: To extend the hours for the sale of alcohol as follows: 08:00 hours to 04:00 hours the following morning, 7 days a week.
To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Licensing, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal office opening hours by prior appointment.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 14 October 2026, stating the grounds for the representations.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
