NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by H.A.A.N.K Limited in respect of Oz Bar, 19 - 23 St James’s Street, Nottingham, NG1 6FH for a variation of premises licence. The proposed application is:
To extend the hours for the supply of alcohol and regulated entertainment as follows: from 09:00 to 04:00 (the following morning) on Mondays to Sundays.
To extend the hours to for the provision of late night refreshment as follows: from 23:00 to 04:00 (the following morning) on Mondays to Sundays.
To modify the conditions of the premises licence.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Licensing, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal office opening hours by prior appointment.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 16 October 2026, stating the grounds for the representations.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
