Notice of application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Fareham Borough Council for a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Details of the application are as follows:

HMB Craft Ale Ltd of Units 10-12 Northern Galleries, Fort Fareham, Newgate Lane, Fareham, Hampshire, PO14 1AH

The premises will operate as an online retail and fulfilment business selling craft beers and related beverages for consumption off premises. Alcohol will be sold through the business’s online platform and made available for pre-arranged customer or courier collection.

There will be no general walk-in retail sales, no consumption of alcohol by customers at the premises, and no bar, taproom or public tasting facility.

A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below.

Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham, PO16 7AZ by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.

The closing date for representations is: 15/10/2026

ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
