Notice is hereby given that Amaj Trading Ltd has applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence under Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of: Fire & Flavor 5 The Broadway, Portswood Road, Southampton, SO17 2WE
The application is for a Premises Licence for the following licensable activities: Late Night Refreshment
The relevant Licensing Authority is: Southampton City Council Licensing Team, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY
The statutory register and the application record may be inspected at the Licensing Office at the above address between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Monday to Friday, or online at www.southampton.gov.uk/la03register
Any person wishing to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY, by email at licensing@southampton.gov.uk or via the Council’s online licensing register.
Any representations must be received by 9 October 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction, a person is liable to a fine.
