Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so within 28 days of this notice, no later than 23:59 hours on 13 October 2026. A record of the application made to the Licensing Authority will be kept on a register at the address given below and the register may be inspected during normal office hours. All representations regarding this application MUST BE IN WRITING and sent to The Licensing Section, Legal and Democratic Services, Test Valley Borough Council, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover S10 3AJ Or www.testvalley.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
