Premises Licence Variation

We, Pots Holdings Limited, hereby give notice that we have applied on 17 September 2026 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: The Flower Pots Inn, Westfield Road, Cheriton, Alresford, Hampshire SO24 0QQ

The purpose of the application is to: Amend the current plan/licensable area to include the Brewery Extension, the office and a redesignated public area. The Variation also proposes to change the start time of the Supply of Alcohol as detailed below:

Supply of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises

Monday to Saturday 0900 to 2300 (current times 1000 to 2300)

Sunday 1000 to 2230 (current times 1200 to 2230)

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 15 October 2026 details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council’s website.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
