Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Noticeis hereby given that Padel Sports Ltd has applied to East Hertfordshire District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Padium, Unit 11, Hertford Logistics Hub, Caxton Hill, Hertford, SG13 7NF.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

Regulated Entertainment (Recorded Music) (Indoors) from 07:00 until 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and from 07:00 until 00:30 Friday to Saturday.

Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors) from 23:00 until 23:30 Sunday to Thursday and from 23:00 until 00:30 Friday to Saturday.

Retail Sale of Alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) from 07:00 until 23:00 Sunday to Thursday and from 07:00 until 00:00 Friday to Saturday

Opening from 07:00 until 23:30 Sunday to Thursday and from 07:00 until 00:30 Friday to Saturday.

Non-standard timings for all the above activities: From the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority East Herts Council Wallfields Pegs Lane Hertford Hertfordshire SG13 8EQ or via email to community.protection@eastherts.gov.uk no later than 12th October 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
