NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice is hereby given that MERKUR Slots UK Limited of the following address: Second Floor Matrix House, North Fourth Street, Milton Keynes, MK9 1NJ are applying under Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Bingo Premises Licence issued under that Act.
The application relates to the following premises: MERKUR Slots, Unit 2, Eleanor Cross Road Waltham Cross, EN8 7LA.
The application is to vary the licence as follows: To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with the plan in support of the application. The application has been made to: The Licensing Authority (acting as a responsible authority) The Licensing Office, Borough of Broxbourne, Borough Offices, Bishops’ College Churchgate, Cheshunt, Herts, EN8 9XG.
