Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence Variation under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is given that Scarborough Athletic FC has applied to North Yorkshire Council to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of premises known as The Victory Bar, Scarborough Athletic Fan Zone, Flamingo Land Stadium, Scarborough, North Yorkshire YO11 2JW.
The proposed licensable variation:
The current Premises Licence is being varied following some initial consultation and site meetings with the local Safety Advisory Group (SAG), the Licensing Authority, and Responsible Authorities including North Yorkshire Police. The Premises Licence Variation aims to remove certain ambiguities with regard to responsibilities and management controls. To provide a much better site plan, which is clearer to read and better defines the licensable areas already permitted for use. To bolster, re- word and increase the number of Premises Licence Conditions and to define the points of sale for alcohol sales alongside fan segregation initiatives. To reduce the overall permitted licensable area, defined by the new licence plan.
