Marston's PLC - Hayes Way - New Premises Licence
What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003
Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority
of Cannock Chase District Council to vary the Premises Licence for the
Winding Wheel at Hayes Way, Cannock, Staffs, WS12 3XP. The application
includes the following terms:- 1. Variation to change the internal and
external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the
Licensing Authority. 2. To permit films, live and recorded music externally
between 10:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 to 22:00 on Sunday.
3. To amend Annex 2, children’s condition.

of the Licensing Authority at Cannock Chase District Council, Civic Centre,
PO Box 28, Beecroft Road, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 1BG.
A responsible authority or any other person can make written
representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including
13th October 2026 (
