Notice is given that: Kirkup Ireland Enterprises
Ltd, has applied to Bedford Borough Council for
a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the
Licensing Act 2003. The Alcove & Rooms /The
Post Office, 206 High Street, Elstow,
Bedfordshire, MK42 9XU. The proposed
licensable activities are :
Supply of alcohol for consumption on site at The
Alcove & Rooms Tuesday – Sunday 12:00 to
23:00 alongside the sale of food and soft drinks.
Supply of alcohol for consumption off-site at The
Post Office Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:00 and
Saturdays 09:00 to 13:00
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in
writing to: Licensing Team, Bedford Borough

It is an offence under Section 158 of the
Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to
make a false statement in connection with an
application. The maximum fine for which a
person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is level 5 on the standard scale
(unlimited amount)
