Notice is hereby given that We, JDL Convenience Co Ltd, have applied to Leeds City Council on 15 September 2026, for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Nisa Local, 253 Leeds Road, Lofthouse, Wakefield, WF3 3LW. We intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises: the sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises only, every day from 06:30 to 21:00. Responsible authorities or any other person may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 13 October 2026 which should be sent to
entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk
or Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
