What is proposed?
Notice of application for variation of Premises Licence for The Scullery Kitchen and Bar
The Scullery kitchen and bar have applied to Kirklees Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a variation of a premises licence in respect of the premises known as The Scullery Kitchen and Bar. the application is to extend the floor area to include current licensable activities.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the licensing office, Flint Street Depot, Flint Street, Fartown, Huddersfield, HD1 6LG or by email at licensing@kirklees.gov.uk by 24th October 2026.
Persons wishing to inspect the licensing register may do so at the above address during normal office hours, or online at www.kirklees.gov.uk/licensing It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
