The application seeks to amend the hours on the premises licence as follows: Sale by Retail of Alcohol: Friday and Saturday 0800 to 0200 (currently 0100). Late Night Refreshment: Friday and Saturday 2300 to 0200 (currently 0100). Opening: Friday and Saturday 0700 to 0230 (currently 0130).
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing.unit@whitehorsedc.gov.uk
Representations must be received by 14th October 2026.
The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address, or on the Council’s website at www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
