NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Regis Fleet Street Outlet Limited has applied to City of London on 15 September 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Sushi Club 8th & 9th Floor 135 Fleet Street London EC4A 2BJ for the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 02:00, Regulated Entertainment (Live and Recorded Music) Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 02:00 and the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 02:00 to include non standard timing for NYE, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: City of London Licensing Authority Guildhall London EC2P2EJ or by email to licensing@cityoflondon.gov.uk to be received by no later than 13 October 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.cityoflondon.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
