Notice of Application for the grant of a Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mother of Georgia Limited has applied to Westminster City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Mediterranean Café, 18 Berwick Street, London, W1F 0PU. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Recorded Music (indoors): 23:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 23:00 to 00:00 on Sunday; 2. Late Night Refreshment (indoors): 23:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 23:00 to 00:00 on Sunday; 3. Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises): 10:00 until 00:00 Monday to Saturday and 12:00 to 23:30 on Sunday; 4. Opening hours: 09:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 to 00:00 on Sunday; and 5. Non standard timings for all activites and opening hours: From the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the commencement of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.
