Notice of Application for the grant of a Premises Licence Under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mother of Georgia Limited has applied to Westminster City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Violets, 19 Berwick Street, London, W1F 0PX. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Late Night Refreshment: 23:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday and 23:00 to 00:00 on Sunday; 2. Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises): 10:00 to 00:00 Monday to Friday; 11:00 to 00:00 on Saturday and 12:00 to 23:30 on Sunday; 3. Opening hours: 09:00 to 01:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 to 00:00 on Sunday; and 4. Non standard timings for all activities and opening hours: From the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the commencement of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, 15th Floor, Westminster City Council, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP or by email to licensing@westminster.gov.uk no later than 7 October 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
