Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Three Greyhounds, 25 Greek Street, London, W1D 5DD applied to Westminster City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is: 1. To extend the start time for sale of alcohol (on & off premises) on Sundays including the non-standard timing on Sundays before Bank Holidays (to mirror the permitted start time on all other days). 2. To add a condition that substantial food and non-intoxicating beverages shall be available where alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises between 10:00 and 12:00 on Sunday. 3. To amend a condition as detailed in the application and accompanying document. 4. To remove obsolete conditions relating to credit card payments and admission of children regulated by the Licensing Act. See application and accompanying document for full details.
