To Whom It May Concern:
We Savers Health and Beauty LTD do hereby give notice that I we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of a Premises Licence at, B3/B4 The Bayview Shopping Centre, Sea View Road, Colwyn Bay, Clwyd, LL29 8DG known as, Savers.
The application is to: Permit the sale of Alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises Monday to Saturday 07:00 – 20:00, Sunday 09:00 – 17:00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, PO Box 1, Colwyn Bay, LL29 0GG not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered.
A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, there is an unlimited fine on summary of conviction.
