Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Marquis of Granby, 2 Rathbone Street, London, W1T 1NR applied to Westminster City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to, (a) extend permitted hours for Supply of Alcohol and Late Night Refreshment, and to add Live Music Monday to Wednesday until 23:30; Thursday to Saturday (and Sundays prior to Bank Holidays) until 00:00; (b) allow Late Night Refreshment and Live Music on New Years Eve from 23:00 to 01:00 on New Years Day; (c) on Sunday to allow Sale of Alcohol from 10:00 as opposed to the current 12:00 hours; (d) remove the old permitted hours in condition 9 paragraph (a) to (f) inclusive (the remainder of the conditions to remain).

This amendment will enable the premises to operate on Good Friday and Christmas Day as per the permitted weekday/weekend hours; and (e) remove condition 14 (which is the old restriction prohibiting persons under 14 being in the premises).
