LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Darren Grice of Hospitality Thirteen Ltd has applied to East Devon District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as Loluli's Fire & Fish presents Lucky Fish, 43 St Andrews Road, Exmouth, Devon. EX8 1AR.
Proposed Licensable Activities and Hours:
The sale / supply of Alcohol (on/off): Monday to Sunday: 12pm - 9pm.
The provision of recorded music (inside): Monday to Sunday: 12pm - 9pm.
The licensing register and full details of the application can be viewed on www.eastdevon.gov.uk or inspected at the council offices during normal working hours: Licensing Section at East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton EX14 1EJ Representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority (address as above) or via email to: licensing@eastdevon.gov.uk no later than the 15th October 2026.
