Notice is hereby given that Foodies Limited has applied to Mole Valley District Council on 16 September 2026 for a new premises licence for Papa John's Leatherhead 3, The Parade, Kingston Rd, Leatherhead KT22 7SR.
The proposed application is to permit provision of latenight refreshment until 1:00AM Monday to Sunday.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 14th October (28 days the day after the application is received by the licensing department) stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Officer, Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SJ, or by emailing licensing@molevalley.gov.uk
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.molevalley.gov.uk
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
