Any person wishing to submit relevant representation concerning this application must give notice by ‘14/10/2026’ in writing Licensing Authority at Basildon Borough Council, the Basildon Centre, St. Martin’s Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL or by email to licensing@basildon.gov.uk.
It is a summary offence, liable to an unlimited fine on conviction, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
