-01:30. Any representations by interested parties
or responsible authorities regarding the application
must be made in writing to: General Licensing
Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House,
PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using
licensing_Team@sandwell.gov.uk,
by: Midnight on
16th October 2026. It is an offence, liable on
summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5
(unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection
with the application.
