APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
(Section 34)
Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Walsall
Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of B & M Store, Keyway
Retail Park, Unit 2 Armstrong Way, Willenhall, West Midlands WV13 2QU
to vary the layout of the premises to allow self-service checkouts and a
kiosk in accordance with the submitted plans; to remove the current
Premises Licence conditions and replace with updated conditions.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must
give notice in writing to: The Licensing Unit, Walsall Council, Civic Centre,
Walsall, WS1 1TP. Representations must be received no later than:
12 October 2026 The Application Record and Register may be viewed
during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited).
