Notice is hereby given that Admiral Taverns Limited has
applied to Fylde Council in respect of the Stanley Arms,
8 Garstang Road South, Wesham, Preston, Lancashire
PR4 3BL for an application to vary the premises licence
under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
The opening of the premises and the sale of alcohol at 07:00
daily. Enhancing existing set of conditions to include
Challenge 25 and the requirement for a refusals log. The
removal of redundant conditions.
The application seeks no further changes to the premises
licence. The Application Record and Register may
be viewed between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday
at Licensing Department, Fylde Borough Council,
Town Hall, Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire FY8 1LW or

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to the Licensing
Department at the above address, or by email to:
Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days
following the date of this notice and by no later than
13 October 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
