I, Gary Cook hereby give notice that, in accordance with Section 2 and Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, on 17th September 2026, I have applied to City of Wolverhampton Council for the grant of a licence to enable me to carry on the business of a Sex Shop at premises known as Adult Pleasure Zone, 16 Broad Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 1HP. The proposed days and hours being:- Mon - Sat 9.30am - 8:00pm. Sundays 10:30am - 4:30pm. Any person wishing to object to the application should submit representations in writing to City of Wolverhampton Council, Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1DA by not later than 15th October 2026.
