Notice is hereby given that ABBAS CIRKIN has applied to the Licensing Authority of Dacorum Borough Council for a Premises Licence to permit: Retail Sale of Alcohol for Consumption ON the Premises: Monday to Sunday between 09:00-21:45. Opening/Closing time: Monday to Sunday between 09:00-22:00 for the premises NO 75 Café Bistro situated at 75 High Street, Tring, HP23 4AB.

applications. Email licensing
to request a copy of the application within 28 days from the date of this notice. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations concerning this application must give notice by emailing licensing
or by post to Dacorum Borough Council, The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, Herts HP1 1DN, giving in detail the grounds of the representation no later than: 09/10/2026.
Representations must include your full name and address. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
