South Ayrshire Council has received application under Section 42 of the above Act for a Late Hours Catering Licence in respect of the following premises: Applicant: Clokken Ltd, for premises at KFC, Heathfield Retail Park, Heathfield Road, Ayr, KA8 9SS. Hours applied for: 11pm to 5am Monday to Sunday.
OBJECTIONS OR REPRESENTATIONS in relation to above application may be made to the undernoted address and must be received by 19th October 2026. (a) Be in writing; (b) Specify the grounds of objection or nature of the representation; (c) Specify in the name and address of the person making them; and (d) Be signed by that person or on his/her behalf.
