I Hassan Kaihan Othman Mahmoud of Bolton Mini Market and Bakers 356 Crescent Road Bolton BL3 2LZ have applied to Bolton Council for a new Premises Licence The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to be provide at the premises are:- Sales of Alcohol for Consumption OFF the Premises Monday – Sunday 07:00 – 00:00.
The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any ‘Interested Party’ or ‘Responsible Authority’ may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 16th September 2026 The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 13th October 2026 All representations must be made in writing.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
