NOTICE is hereby given that Adam Roy Cottis & Samuel Ducie James Beckett. Applied on 21.09.2026 to Basildon Borough Council in respect of the premises known as Macs Bar Limited, 1 Paycocke Road, Basildon, Essex SS14 3DP for a licence to use the premises as a 'Sexual Entertainments Venue'.
ANY PERSON wishing to oppose the application should write to the Environmental Health Services Manager, Basildon Borough Council, Basildon Centre, St. Martins Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL, by no later than 12.10.2026. Letters in support should also be sent to the Environmental Health Services Manager by that date.
Please note that any written representations received to this consultation are likely to be required to be made available for public inspection in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
