Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 15th October 2026, to licensing.team@colchester.gov.uk or to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected by prior appointment between 1 0am and 4pm Monday to Friday at the Council's offices at 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
