APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE (Section 34)
Notice is hereby given that B & M Retail Limited has applied to Worcester City Council to vary the Premises Licence in respect of B & M Store, Unit 2, Bath Road, Worcester WR5 3HW to vary the layout of the premises to allow self-service checkouts and a kiosk in accordance with the submitted plans; to remove the current Premises Licence conditions and replace with updated conditions and extend the hours for alcohol and opening to 07:00 to 23:00 daily. Representations by interested parties or responsible authorities should be made in writing to Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF or enquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk by 12 October 2026. The record of the application is available for inspection by appointment. Please call us on 01905 822799 for an appointment.
