I / We BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN BOROUGH COUNCIL of OLD TOWN HALL, KING WILLIAM STREET, BLACKBURN BB1 7DY hereby give notice that I / we have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of 3-7 BLAKEY MOOR, BLACKBURN BB2 1LL as follows:-List activity and timings:
Licenced restaurant open to the public 09:00 -24:00, Monday to Sunday
Provision of live music (on occasion) 17:00 - 23:00, Monday to Sunday
Provision of recorded music 09:00 - 24:00, Monday to Sunday
Supply of alcohol on the premises 09:00-24:00, Monday to Sunday
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, The Bungalow, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn, BB12LX, or by email to: licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk by no later than 28 days after the date of the application.
