Licenced restaurant open to the public 09:00 -24:00, Monday to Sunday
Provision of live music (on occasion) 17:00 - 23:00, Monday to Sunday
Provision of recorded music 09:00 - 24:00, Monday to Sunday
Supply of alcohol on the premises 09:00-24:00, Monday to Sunday
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, The Bungalow, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn, BB12LX, or by email, or by email to: licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk by no later than 28 days after the date of the application. The full application can be viewed at the above offices (by prior appointment made on 01254-267666) between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or at the Council's website - www.blackburn.gov.uk
