Notice is given that an application has been made to Colchester Borough Council (the Licensing Authority) for a variation to the premises licence in respect of the premises shown below. Details of the application may be inspected by prior appointment between the hours of 10.00 and 15.00 Monday to Friday at the Council’s office at Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG and can also be viewed on the Council’s website at www.colchester.gov.uk. Any persons or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be submitted, in writing, to Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG before the date shown below.

Details of the Proposed Variation:
Vary the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to 07:00-23:00, Monday to Sunday. Remove the ‘Non-Standard Timings’ on Good Friday and Christmas Day
