LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Market Asset Management (Darlington) Ltd has applied in respect of The Vault for the variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the extension of the opening hours to 02:00am, to vary the licensable area, and to vary the licence conditions.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 7th October 2026 to Darlington Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, Darlington, DL1 5QT where the register of Licensing Applications can be inspected between 10:00 and 16:00 and/or at www.darlington.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
