Notice OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT AFA Restaurants Limited t/a McDonald’s Restaurants has applied to Cambridge City Council on 17th September 2026 for the variation of the premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, 9 Rose Crescent, Cambridge, CB2 3LL.
The Variation is to extend the opening and licensable hours for Late Night Refreshment on Wednesday nights/Thursday mornings and Thursday nights/Friday mornings from 00:00 until 04:00. In addition, the application is to update the plans currently attached to the Premises Licence to show a change of layout within the restaurant following a refurbishment.
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should do so, in writing by 15th October 2026 to:- Commercial & Licensing Team, Environmental Services, Cambridge City Council, PO Box 700, Cambridge, CB1 0JH Or via the online Licensing Register at www.cambridge.gov.uk/licences
All representations will be published in full, unless you advise that you wish your personal data to be removed prior to publication on the Cambridge City Council website. Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
