NOTICE OF PUBLIC CONSULTATION
TO REVIEW THE SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENSING POLICY
NOTICE is hereby given that Cambridge City Council, in accordance with the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 and Policing and Crime Act 2009 intends to review the Sex Establishments Licensing Policy.
Cambridge City Council is undertaking a 12 week public consultation on the review of the policy. The consultation will run from 21st September 2026 to 13th December 2026.
A copy of the draft Sex Establishments Licensing Policy can be viewed on the Cambridge City Council consultation platform, which can be accessed via https://engage.cambridge.gov.uk/en-GB/
Comments on the proposed Statement of Sex Establishment Licensing Policy can be made via the consultation page.
Alternatively, printed copies can be made available by telephoning the Licensing Team on 01223 457000.
